Hello all. Been away for awhile. SacGbs is starting to get busy these days. Its hard with just two of us. hehe. Had a visit from the EPA today (probably sent by 'ol Pecker) asked to see my containment unit. I told him I don't swing that way and told him to leave. (LOL)

Hey Marc, nice job on the website. I love the pic of the firehouse with the GB logo on the pole. I wished I had thought of that first. It's like a classic-style gas-station sign. I love it.

I remember seeing your site ( or one like it? ) that used that pic of Sacramento about a year or two ago. If this is who I think it is, you've done a bit of work on your site since then! Looks good.

Glad to have you back and bustin'! It's a big state and there's more than enough work for all of us.

Always good to see another part of California we don't have to worry about being called to. I don't think everybody realizes how big this state is...

I would like to welcome Frank Siino to the SacGbs team!!! He's got great knowledge of the paranormal and I think he'll fit in just fine.

The people at Hasbro aren't perfect nor are they diehard GB fans. I have noted the error in uniform to them.

You know i am really interested in the legality of this, considering NECA has rights to all Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters international figures

NECA lost the rights. They refused to continue the series because Bill Murray wouldn't give consent to use his likeness.

Actually that is false, NECA still has rights, that series was cancelled, but they are trying to work around it.
Here on NECA's official sight http://www.necaonline.com/products.html
by clicking licenses one still finds the ghostbusters meaning they still have exclusive selling rights

It could be considered that license covers the Ghostbusters movies ONLY. Hasbro, which bought Kenner who made the RGB toys, could still produce toys outside of the movies. I just wanted to do something cool on my site that I thought you all would enjoy but if all you want to do is complain that is fine I guess.

I am just trying to save louis some time with legal work. Toys are cool, lawsuits...not so much
