Last saturday 13 may there was a Dutch movie convention. Ernie Hudson was suposed to be there but couldn't make it. A lot of ghostbusters fans where dissapointed. I asked the organisation why he couldn't come and they told me that they had a contract with him but when there are things come up like a role in a movie ar other important things that the actors/actress may cancel. I also asked if he would be there the next time. The organisation told me that they will try to get him because a lot of people would love to see the actors from ghostbusters. I hope I can meet mister Hudson at the next convention. I also filled in a list of actors that i would love to see on the convention.
Since Ernie wasn't there I still had a lot of fun. Click on the link to see the pictures. I was in ghostbusters costume and everybody wanted to make a picture of me and asked me if they could on the picture with me. One day of my life I had the feeling that I was a moviestar.
I also won the costume contest. I did also an act. I did the ghostbusters commercial ( a little different version ) I know that the people from the convention filmed everything and they will bring everything on a dvd. So I am curious if they also will put that act on the dvd. It was very great. I also bougt two filmcells of ghostbusters. There was a lot of stuff to see and people of the organisation asked if I would like to work with them. I've also met other ghostbusters fans.
All I can say...even since Ernie Hudson wasn't there it was a great day and Ghostbusters is also still alive in Holland.
