Close, it was actually Max Turner, basically the Tampa equivallent of ole Pecker-head. He was a rival of ours back in college and he just never let it drop. He got a job with the E.P.A. and is actually responsible for Ghost-Aid getting started to protest us. He got fired from the E.P.A. because even after we were declared environmentally safe, he still kept trying to stop us from doing our job, which nearly resulted in a client's death. I say he got off light that time, now though, it looks like he's done for, lol

I wonder what Pecker is up to these days. Haven't heard much since his failed attempt at the presidency...

In addition to our other updates (see above post) we made the news again because of the serious lack of interesting things going on in Tampa.

With the recent drastic drop of PKE levels, we've been getting more calls involving reports of an as of yet un-identified person or persons using a book to conjure creatures that attack people and have been causing destruction. Through some of my researching, I have found out that this book is Necronomicon Ex Mortis, roughly translated, Book of the Dead. Sofar we've had to lock up 3 people in firehouse because they were possessed and we dont want to kill them. I'm placing an order for some mood-slime blowers.

Bound in human flesh and inked in blood, this book was made around 6000 BC by the Candarian cult, living in early Sumeria. The book contains strange burial rights, funerary incantations and even demon resurrection passages. around 1300 AD it disappeared from Europe until it was found in the late 80's by professor Raymond Knowby when he returned to Tenesee with it from a dig in the ruins of a european castle.

Rumors indicate that he accidentally conjured a spirit simply known as the Evil Dead, which killed him and his wife, then later terrorized a group of teens that were staying at the cabin, which they thought was abandoned. One of the group, named Ash Williams was said to have survived the demon's murderous intentions, but was left with one hand and lots of mental problems. Ash was actually found wandering through the woods weeks after the bodies of his friends were found, he was picked up carrying a chainsaw latched onto his handless right arm and a shotgun, weapons used in the deaths of his friends. So naturally, the police arrested him.

He told stories of demonic possessions and being time-warped back to the year 1300, so they thought he was crazy and locked him up in a mental clinic, he's still there to this day.

I need any and all information on what this book could be capable of and fast, because from what I know already, it looks like one nasty piece of literature that puts Hustler to shame. I'm planning on heading up to New York to visit with Ash Williams himself in the hospital, if any members of Nightsquad or Arcane Division catch this, I'd appreciate any backup I can get.

I'll be reporting on this tomorrow.

*Edit* New information leads me to believe this cannot be the original, so its quite possible that the book is a copy since the original was destroyed.

Several copies of the Necronomicon do exist. We have a copy in Vault 51. The first was penned by Abdul Al'Hazrad...and that's our copy.

This one sounds like the one that contacts a dimension filled with malevolent spiritual entities known as "The Deadites." It's not a real Necronomicon, per se, but it has been given no other name.

It's leatherbound in human skin, and has a face stretched over the front, right?

If it is, that's the one.
